Donna's Story
I went to Ohio University(briefly!) came back to Livingston and worked for Prudential Insurance in Florham Park.Then, I took a travel agent class, and I was in the travel business until this past January.I am now working for NewTek Energy Solutions. We manufacture and sell state of the art LED lighting for commercial as well as residential use.It's great because we are currently the only LED lighting company in North America with UL approval.Now that it's summer, we are doing trade shows and "Go Green" expos.Our company is going to be at the Barnegat Bay Go Green Expo this Wednesday from 1-4, so if anyone is there, please stop by and say "Hi!" ownship, NJ for an autistic children's classroom, and we have a testimonial letter from the autisim program coordinator about how happy they are with our lighting.
My husband, Mike, is a bass player for three bands-The Mojo Manny Band, Area 51, and we call the third one The George Patton Band.On a challenge, I wrote 42 songs that have been copywritten and The Mojo Manny Band will be working on them-soon I hope! Our son, Brian, is 9, and we also have 4 cats-Miss Ethel who is about 21 or 22 years old, Elvis, Dakota, and Laverne.
I have also written 5 children's books and 1 adult kids book that I am in the process of self-publishing.
And, yes-Debbie Viviani DeMarzo and I are still best friends after 38 years!
