Donna's Story
Life
What you might remember about me: I lived near Brookshire Elementary School, which I also attended from 4th-6th grades, and played in the schoolyard regularly. I have a sister, Dianne who graduated from WPHS in 1969, and a brother Wendall, who graduated in 1970. During my WPHS days, I was almost always with my boyfriend, Steve Shields, who later became my husband. We divorced a short time later and I remarried while living in Winter Park. After my second divorce my son and I moved to Los Angeles in 1990. I lived and worked there until 2006 when I moved to the Channel Islands Harbor, an hour north of LA. Wesley who turns 27 this year. He is a wonderful young man that I am very proud of. His father, T.Scott Walker, still lives and performs as a musician in and around Orlando. I have enjoyed a wonderful career in management in the motion picture business in Hollywood, including Warner Bros Studios. I have not been in contact with many people from the old stomping grounds, but would love to do so. I am once again living in. Winter Park, caring for my mother. It is a gift to be with her during her final years. My son also lives in Winter Park & I have a perfect grandson that I enjoy spending time with. Life is good in beautiful Winter Park!
