Life
If you are out this way and want a tour, give me a ring! I am an hour away from Mt. Rainier, a couple hours from Windy Ridge on Mt. St. Helens, and 45 minutes to infinity from Seattle (traffic like you have probably never seen).
I was inspired to move here by Sylvia Retherford, our teacher for 7th and 8th grade science, who used to raise her arms to the sky and extol the virtues of the Great Pacific Northwest, the mountains and the islands. God bless her.

o Spanaway to an odd house (that was built for a corrupt sheriff who was indicted for racketeering, arson, and murder). It was a party house for west coast mobsters. Once, when my daughter was a teenager and she had a sleepover, one of the dads who picked up his daughter pointed at the driveway and said,"wow, my best friend was murdered right over there!"
We have done considerable work on the landscaping but have yet to decide how to approach the inside of the house which has bathrooms 14 and 19 feet long, two bars, a teeny kitchen, strange angles to rooms, and 57 windows. It is a work in progress.
