Douglas's Story
The time I spent as a Ram was with fondness. Great group of classmates, the teachers and memories that still stay with me today. Since graduation, so much has happened, but life has changed for all of us :o) There's been many jobs, pets, great times, and hard lessons.
I did not attend college, but have gained alot of wisdom. Currently, I'm still single, which I'm cool with it if that is how the cards are dealt. I love music, and feel many groups of today would have made it great back in our day. I work well with animals, having help hand raise kittens (warning if you do, they act totally different than regular ones), and I try to get to the humane society on grand river at least once a week. One of my hobbies is making cat perches and scratching posts to help them out.

n here, "what has been your biggest surprise?", it cannot be narrowed down to one specific area. The two that have stood out are the passing of relatives and close friends, and learning how to trust people. You can be warned of such things, but the best way to learn is first hand,... be it VERY hard.
Weirdest job was for one day, I couldn't take the bullshi*,... a porter at the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island. I didn't eat for a day, and to make anything you pretty much had to know someone at the island. When I left there after one day, I felt like I was escaping Alcatraz!
For 20 years, I shared living quarters with my father. It worked because of my economic status. In 2004, I moved to an apartment which was available above where my mom lives. Mommy doesn't take care of me. There's a kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Anytime, stop by and say howdy :o) Thanks for your time, and hope to hear from ya! Give me a hell yeah if you want spring!
