Dubose's Story
Life
It is a year of change. The last of my four children started college and I wound down my law practice and started teacher training. Some things never change, like my love of children, animals, nature, books, music, and dancing. I have a long-haired German Shepherd and four Italian greyhounds plus an indoor and four ourdoor cats. I hike almost everyday, dance every week, play piano or guitar when the urge hits me, and read as much as I can.

Workplace
After 6 school years of operating on rat brains, I opted for full-time motherhood and raised 4 gorgeous and wonderful children. Then I went to law school and practiced for a while. But the day to day work was boring and the pace too slow - so I decided to indulge my secret love of teaching. I am now student-teaching at a Title 1 school and expect my credential in June.
Military
One of my three sons was in the Marines. Does that count?
