Life
Living/working in Anchorage, AK area, Three children all grown now.
Retired from the Air Force 2004. Now continuing work as hospitalist in Anchorage and with the the same group since 2011 (alaskahospitalist.com).
Besides work: still reading- The Journals of Lewis & Clark, Walter Cronkite's biography lately. Still camping, hike/snowshoeing, hunt/fish/rafting. r from camp! Winters mean more reading, getting out in the snow - hiking/snowshoes mainly. Decided to quit snowboarding out of a sense of self-preservation.
Technology: I have come to appreciate "social media" like Classmates and Facebook too over the years. Although we are not close, it's a pleasure to see how others we knew, as acquaintances or friends, are doing - people we cared about then, and still do really. Lot of good memories - good people.
