Ed's Story
Life
This is my second attempt at trying to condense the last 30 years into a single paragraph, but here goes: After graduation I attended CSM for a year, then spent a winter in Minnesota before figuring out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I guess it's true that you never quite figure that out until you retire. Anyway, I went to the Naval Academy from 76-80. Graduated with a degree in mech. engineering in May and promptly got married two days later. First child (Steven) was born in 1981. Second and final (Dana) born in 1986. ligation. Flew P-3Cs based out of Moffett Field and got to see a good chunk of the world...garden spots like Adak, Alaska (small dot in the Aleutian chain), Diego Garcia (small dot in the Indian Ocean), Keflavik Iceland, etc... anyway, you get the picture. Got out in 1986 and have been with Honeywell ever since -- first as an engineer, then as a marketing manager. Have lived in Albuquerque (86-89), Phoenix (89-98), Atlanta, GA (98-03) and now back in Phoenix (Fountain Hills, actually). We've enjoyed Georgia and Arizona the most but I miss the cool summer fog of Pacifica. (Never thought I'd admit that!!)
