I guess I've managed to make it this far in life without major injury or horrendous death. Actually life's been pretty good to me without major effort on my part. Always in the right place at the right time... makes me believe in a divine plan. After High school, I enlisted in the Air Force rather than be drafted. Glad I did. Was a blast for 4 years, got a great education, alot of travel and got paid! What a country. Anyway... after separation, went to work for BofA, then left to join the family trucking business as an owner/operator. I have held many positions throughout my career, ranging from laborer to Regional Director of Sales. I created a Graphic Design business in 1998, part time and left the conventional workforce in 2007 to go full time, and was gainfully employed until 2009 when I retired early at 55 on a Teamster pension to care for my mom. I'm a single father of 4 daughters and 1 son ages 33, 32, 30, 27 and 25. Two are teachers, one asst. manager, one homemaker and my son is doing Industrial workspace design.
