Eileen's Story
College
I went to CRC for a semester and left for San Francisco in Spring 1997. It was hard leaving all my family and friends for the first time. I had the time of my life.
I met so many people and partied hard. I lived in the dorms for the first year and a half. I joined a sorority. Hahahahaha kinda funny, I never imagined myself becoming a part of the Greek System. I always made fun of ...Expand for more
those girls. But then I became one of those girls. I loved it and still love it. I met so many strong, independent woman who have shaped my life for the better.
I changed majors a few times and finally finished my 1st degree with a BA in Social Work and a second BA in Asian American Studies. After college I thought I would start a career, but life happened and I came back to Elk Grove.
