Throughout school, i was spit on and had snow balls thrown at me. I had to find alternative ways to go home from school to keep from getting beat up. with breast cancer, had a masectomy, went thru chemo, losing the hair and all, and also went thru reconstruction. I've been cancer free now for 15 yrs!! After 26 yrs of marriage, my first husband and I divorced and I was single for three yrs. Then I met my current husband of almost 10 yrs. I lived in NE Mpls most of my life, but he and I now live in Faribault. I am a visual artist, and have had art shows in coffee houses, and also in my oldest daughter's South Mpls Gallery. My husband is a retired Ford worker, and was born in Mexico, so we do a lot of traveling back and forth to that wonderful country. I love my husband! I love my life! It's fantastic!
