Elaine's Story

Life When I graduated from St. John Gualbert's in 1967, I went to Bishop Neumann for my freshman year. I then moved to California and went to San Mateo High for my sophomore year. I attended Loara High for my junior/senior years and graduated from there in 1971. After living and working in California for nearly 30 years, my husband and I decided to relocate back East, to be closer to family. I presently live in Clarence, New York and am basically self-employed. Workplace For the majority of my life, I worked in restaurants in every ca...Expand for more
pacity from hostess to manager. Over the years, I continued taking college classes and eventually received my teaching credentials in the State of California. I was a substitute teacher for 3 years and then taught at Ruth Grimes Elementary in Colton, CA until 1999. At that time I moved back to NY, hoping to teach here. NY does not reciprocate teaching credentials, but I do substitute teach occasionally. Owning several parcels of income real estate keeps me plenty busy, and I am a licensed Real Estate professional for the past 4 years.
