Elaine's Story
Life
I live in Roseville, CA with my husband Craig VanZante and my son Zeke William who was born on April 2, 2003. I met my husband Craig here in Roseville in 1997 and we got married May 21, 2000. I am presently a stay at home mom since Sept. of this year, but I do maintain my Occupational Therapy license. I have worked in home health therapy for the past 8 yrs in the Greater Sacramento Area. We have one cat named Sasha, she is 13 years old. She is still trying to get used to the idea of sharing company with a toddler. My husband works for Hewlett-Packard here in Roseville as a Software Engineer. We enjoy going on outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking out on Lake Natoma, or even just hanging out in the backyard. My father passed away in 2001, and my mother moved from our Glendale home in January of 2003 to her new home in Denair, CA. ile from our mom's house. My brother has one son who is 11 yrs old. After I graduated from GAA, I went to Cal. State Northride for 2.5 yrs, then transferred to PUC in Angwin, CA where I attended for a year and a half. I was then accepted in the Bachelor of Science program at Loma Linda University, where I attended for the next two years and graduated in 1991. I have worked at UC Davis Medical Center, Methodist Hosp. of Sacramento, several Skilled Nursing Facilities in Sacramento, and more recently in peoples homes. Primarily I have worked with Adults and Geriatrics. Since going to Maui for our Senior trip, I have been back there one other time, and also have been to Kuaui, and the big island of Hawaii and plan to go back in Maui again in spring. I have traveled to Alaska, Florida, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Mexico. I am looking foward to our 20 year reunion in hopes of catching up with everyone else and what they've been doing too.
