Elayne's Story
I'm a Republican...I vote for who I'd rather have sex with...lol...Certainly not Obama...I'm divorce/annulled after 15 years of marriage...remarried 7 years to a great guy...I have 4 super grandchildren Gage is 4, Vivien is 2, Addison is 18 months and Lillian who is 6 weeks old...they are the best things that ever happened to me...and of course..Still Crazy After All These Years...lol
I became a Psych/Addiction Recovery Nurse which I love. I'd love to write a book someday and I will..a few tidbits:
I love to shop, shop and more shopping!
I think I did alot of crazy and wild things...
My inspiration comes from the clients that I help with Addictions and Psych issues.
My biggest surprise and shock...was the divorce from the "was-band' on my 35th birthday just weeks after my Dad passed away.
Also all the pedophile priests that were in our parish..appalling!
Also that the girl's bathroom in St Ann's still has no toilet seats.
That my kids gave me my gray hairs..lo...Expand for more

My current age is 50...which I recently had...no celebration..just jail for 3 days. My loving family thought I should be locked up after my WONDERFUL brother called me that C word...and next thing you know the police came to my house and took me oiut of my bed in jammies and no shoes and held me for 3 days...no phone call...no medication for my diabetes and lupus...NOTHING! I had said I wanted a trip for the big 5-0.. maybe Club Med...they must have mistaken it for Club Fed. Moral of the story: It is ok to be called that and be verbally abused by family...and now I have no family!
When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be ancient. I was so completely right..lol.
Surviving Nursing School...
I don't think I would change growing up..we were naive..we had fun and it was the best time of my life. I only wish I had realized that Jay was not a god and NOW I do not have anymore abuse from any of them!!!
