Eli's Story
Fondly, complicated but real, caring, a real friend
I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right.
Bicycling, listening to music, dinner parties with friends, travelling
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have the resources, drive, and support to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
I've lived in Calgary most of my life. China for a short while. Within two years we hope to be living overseas, hopefully in Macau, China. Within four to nine years we plan to retire in the Comex area of...Expand for more
Vancouver island and then divide our time between there and Chengdu, China.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Arnie Baxendale, because he was a great friend and I never understood why we drifted apart. Despite that he is fondly remembered.
My family is great, not perfect certainly, but great. They are my life.
My best friend would tell you I'm loyal, caring, and fun to be around, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as complicated and hard to get to really know.
I share my home with my family, which I find wonderful.
