I left SCSU (and a teaching degree / F.L) for a degree in Medical Technology that I received from Housatonic and Bridgeport University in 1977. As the years passed, I knew that I needed to fulfill my passion (French). That degree was earned in 2000at SCSU. But... the passion was not quite complete even then. While teach...Expand for more
ing French at Notre Dame Catholic HS in Fairfield, I applied to NYU and finished my Master's degree in French to English Translation Studies. I hope to free-lance in Med-Legal Translation when I earn this degree in May, 2005. AHHHH, finished: 12/05...after a battle with cancer and chemo. Oh yes...IT'S GREAT TO BE 53 and alive!
