2008 has proven to be a VERY life changing year for me so far. In January I had the privilage of spending the last two weeks of my best friends life, Dawn Denise Hill, with her. I was with her as she took her last breath and the experience was truly life changing for me. Dawn and I had been seperated for 17 years and had just reuinited through Classmates.com in March of 2007. Though our time together was brief, Dawn reminded me of all the fun that has been missing in my life. Dawn has always been the spark in our relationship. e relocated to Ruidoso, New Mexico. I came here on vacation in May of this year and fell in love with the area. I was fortunate enough to find a job with the local Head Start program so I can continue to impact the lives of children and families. While the changes have been very hard on my three children, I believe with all my heart that we are where God wants us to be. Thanks to Dawn, I am grateful for every second on this earth and minute with my family and view my life as an adventure again. I recently celebrated what would of been Dawn's 39th birthday with fond memories, pictures and a fantastic margarita!!!!
