Ella's Story

Went to UK (BA in English)...went to Ole Miss (MFA in Theatre Design)...got married...moved to Atlanta...moved to North Carolina...had a son (January 1999)...moved to Indiana...had a daughter (June 2005)...moved to Ohio...moved to Virginia Beach.

Basically, I've worked in various theatres (professional & educational) over the years, pretty much doing anything & everything - stage managing, designing sets & costumes, painting scenery, teaching theatre classes, etc. Also done my share of office work to help pay the bills...including a stint at the US Vice Presidential Museum at the Dan Quayle Center.
