Ellen's Story
After school started doing hair in oneida area,then ended up at Andrays in syracuse.Started seeing Gary Allen in 1979 after service,got married in 1981,2 children ,Ashley in 1984,Jesse in 1986.And 2 grandkids ,Lennon,Abigail ,both turning 8.we moved to North Carolina in 1994,there 23 yrs,and retired to Virginia,5 yrs ago! 2 other family members, our 12 yr old Lola,carin terrier ,and our baby 1 1/2 yr old choc lab,Phoenix,87 lbs,he's a big boy!! Hope to make it to reunion!
We have a busy life in a community on lake gaston.we have a hurricane boat for play time & fishing , a golf
cart which we enjoy on the weekends doing poker runs,weather
permitting!! Grandkids love the golf cart !!and Ph...Expand for more
oenix too!Gary& I open the clubhouse on Thur nites, to play cards and dice,pool,darts and Foosball ,alot of friends show up !!It's also open on fri & sat.we have dances with bands and DJs at our pavilions,also at the golf course where you come on your golf carts!!!this weekend had a Halloween parade,party,trunk or treet,and a Chilli cook off!! We have a couple guys that do karaoke, love love love!!!It's like we got younger and busyier when we retired!!! Having a great life!!!thats it in a nutshell,hope to see you'all soon!!! The end of Nov we had an add on,baby Chloe,she is now 3 mos old,our little sweetie! Finally broke ground out front,putting in a huge patio,I'll post when I have pics!!!
