Elmo's Story
Elmo is from Crescent City, California. He is married with Alicia Owen Harmon. His schools include Longwood Elementary School from 2nd Grade to 5th Grade (1982-1985), South Seminole Middle School in 6th Grade (1985-1986), Liberty Middle School from 7th Grade to 8th Grade (1986-1988), and Liberty High School from 9th Grade through 12th Grade (1988-1992). He later attended Tri - County Technical College (Business Management). He works at Windstream Communications.
