Dianne's Story

Life My name is Dianne Hill Anderson. I graduated from Timmonsville High School in 1968 and attended USC in Florence from 1968-1970. Then I returned to FMU in 1972 and graduated in 1976, going part time. I am married to Elwood Anderson, also a THS and FMU graduate. I have a daughter, Melanie, 37 who is a High School English Teacher in Mauldin, SC and a son, Beau, 21, who is in College in Charleston. We have three grandchildren, ages 10, 7, and 4. The 4 year old has leukemia, but his prognosis is excellent. Remember us in your prayers. We live on a farm in the Lake Swamp Co...Expand for more
mmunity of Timmonsville, and have remodeled Elwood's parents home, after our home burned in November 2002. I have retired after 31 years in education, teaching school, and I'm now working for the State Department as a Teacher specialist in needy districts in the state. We bought a place at the beach and love everything to do with the ocean. I also enjoy boating, shopping, reading, and meeting old and new friends.
