Emily's Story
Life
When I graduated, I had no idea where my life would go. I went to work for a company in Eden Prairie. There I met my future husband, Erik. We were married in April, 1986 in Brooklyn Park and lived there for a little over a year. We were transfered to Calgary, Alberta Canada in February, 1988 to open a new branch office for our computer company. We lived there for 5 years and both of our children were born there. s beautiful, but very expensive and once we had kids, I became a stay at home Mom, which I loved. We moved back to the States in January, 1993 to Greenville, South Carolina. It was an up & coming computer community and my husband still works in the industry. We love it here and have no plans to go anywhere else for now. Most of our family is still in Minnesota so we get back there at least once a year to visit. My life is great and I wouldn't trade any one day of it, good & bad. I wouldn't go back to high school, but it's a time I'll never forget!
