Eugene's Story
Life
I was married twice and both of those wives died. I am now married for the third time. I was born in Susanville in 1930, moved to Loyalton, CA in 1940, Boonville, CA in 1946 and back to Susanville in 1947. I joined the Air force in 1952 and served 4 years of which 15 months were at Naknek Air Force Station, Alaska.While in the Air Force I was a Radio Operator and went to school at NSA (National Secur...Expand for more
ity Agency Washingto D.C). I then went to San Jose State 6 years nights for a degree in electronic engineering. I worked at Sylvania in Mtn. View, CA for 10 years then ESL Inc in Sunnyvale, CA for 27 years. In 1972 I obtained a commercial pilot's l;icence (Cert 2162961). I did this because my twin brother Denny became an Air Force fighter pilot (F84's). I retired in 1992 and now live in Cupertino, CA.
