Floyd's Story

Life I have moved all around the US and I lived in Germany in 2003. Now I am settled back in Colorado up in Windsor, which is near Fort Collins. What a great place to live. I have two daughters and a son.. after retiring in 2016 as a corporate patent attorney I went to Culinary school. Now I’m hiking and eating my way across the globe Workplace I went into the Army right out of high school for two years in radio communications. I spent most of that time in Stuttgart, Germany. ards on the GI bill. My first job was as a semiconductor circuit designer. I worked mostly at Motorola and they convinced me to go to law school. So after seven years of engineering I went to law school and I have worked since 1992 as a patent attorney. Currently, I am the VP and Chief Patent Counsel for Avago Technologies (a spin-off from HP). Work is good. Though I travel a lot to Asia and Europe I still spend a lot of time with the family. I just took up golf and rock climbing - I think they go together well.

What a blessing to get your birthday wishes. I spent today cleaning the garage (and parking cars). Liz learned how to use the power washer and cleaned the front of the house. Pretty cool.
