Floyd Saunders:  

I had planned to have a career in theatre arts, teaching drama at the high school level, while working summers in summer stock or youth camps. However, the military called and I didn't finish a teaching certificate. Since high school, I finished my undergraduate degree at San Diego State, got married (Anita), and entered military service (US Air Force). While on active duty, and had the first two sons, Jason and Matthew. After five plus years in the military, I returned to Calif. working for Bank of America for nine years. I remarried in 1981 and we had three kids, Briana, David and Daniel. That makes me the father of five and I now have nine grandkids. In additional to my day job, I frequently taught college level classes in money & banking, managerial finance, personal finance and other topics. Professionally, I have worked in various jobs within the financial services industry, including as a VP at Bank of America and JPMorgan.
