William's Story

wasn't at Conestoga High after 1992. I was taken into the custody of the State of Pennsylvania for violation of probation. I was on probation because of a crime I wasnt even involved with. What happened is that Michael Migliaccio, another 14 year old teen, ran away from Valley Forge Military Academy in the summer of 1992. He came to my house at 224 Dorset rd in Devon with two other teens by the name of Travis Coleman and Julie Sevadjian. They were headed to 113 sugartown rd where Michael's family lived which was approximately 100-200 yards from my house. Michael's father was out of town so he was inviting us there. He broke a window in spite of my plea for him not to. Afterwards, he waived us in then took us for a tour of his father's new mansion, there at 113 sugartown Rd. I left approximately 30 minutes later then walked back to my house. The three other teens apparently stayed there at that house, stole jewelry, traded it for cocaine. They most likely left that house then went to a local coke dealer nearby at whats now Stonegate at Devon apartments. Michael most likely swore I was involved with the theft then gave a statement implying that I was involved with the theft of jewelry from his stepmom. A few days later, Michael's father called me then I went to his house. He was back in town so he was most likely realizing his son broke into the home. Michael's father accused me of stealing jewelry then began explaining to me that Michael implied I was there at that location and was involved with the theft. Michael lied and told his father that I was the one with the cocaine which was a lie. I was home with my mother the whole time. I was arrested, convicted of Grand Theft and breaking and entering. I was ultimately taken into the custody of the State of PA. I was innocent and was ultimately sent to Norther Tier in Blossburg PA. That's why I connected with North Penn Senior High here on classmates. It was an injust and I was only 14 years old. I wasn't able to act as my own attorney; therefore, I was wrongly convicted then given probation. I ultimately had violated the probation then was sent away. There were other teens at Conestoga High School smoking marijuana and selling it to me during my 9th grade year there. I eventually failed a drug test. I was a witness not a suspect in the theft of the jewelry. During the school year 1993, I wasnt there at Conestoga High School, my mother sold our family home at 224 Dorset Rd in Devon then moved to FL with a fellow she met. By the time I was released from the custody of the state, my mother sold our fa...Expand for more
mily home then moved. She moved with her new friend to 2085 Whitney Place in Largo. We ultimately bought a house at 10070 86th Way N in Seminole FL where we lived during the time I attended Pinellas Park. I began attending Pinellas Park high school after arriving here in FL from Pennsylvania. I swear I was innocent of that theft charge. I'm not sure why the courthouse in Chester County PA had me there for grand theft and breaking entering. It seemed like everyone had made me out to be a crook after I was released. I was an innocent teen. I was at a disadvantage after i was released from the custody of the state. I don't know how I wound up being accused, charged and convicted of something I wasn't involved with. If anyone says I was guilty of that crime, please report them to the police for slander. Michael Migliaccio a.k.a. Joseph Rumor most likely spreads lies about me being the one that stole the jewelry to clear him from any wrongdoing. Michael has been in the Pennsylvania State prison system. He's been in prison under the name of Joseph Rumor and in Philadelphia County, he's got a docket that's over 10 pages long from a copper theft back in 2010's. Hes been convicted of crimes ranging from robbery, rape, causing a catastrophe, to drugs. Google the name, along with Philadelphia, then you'll see. Youll find his picture along with a story about how he imploded a house in the Wissinoming section of the city. His record in Philly lists over 50 counts of receiving stolen property after he attempted to trade copper for cash at a local Philadelphia scrap yard. Though a character judgement won't necessarily clear me from the crime that I was convicted of, I'll let you be the judge. Do you think I'm lying after hearing about Michael's adult criminal record? I never stole jewelry from anyone's mother. I wouldn't do that. I was an honest, innocent 14 year old teen that was misunderstood and wrongly accused. Only charges I've ever had during my adult life were misdemeanors. I hope you all can understand the hell I've been through. I don't know what Chesco is going to do for me here, but I keep my head up and stay positive. I know I was innocent and if anyone says different I'm liable to sue you for slander. I can't believe I had to be victimized by Michael. I'm concerned with Chesco and the detectives not getting it right there back in 1992. I wasn't the problem and shouldn't have been charged or arrested for that crime. Michael's father should've apologized to my mother and I for his son's behavioral issues. Thanks for reading
