Married with three children, 4 grandchildren soon to be 6 grandchildren.
My major interests outside of diagnosisng diseases, my lifes work have been horses and birds. Recently we had to put down Rasputin my American Saddlebred horse. I rode Razzy more than 10,000 hours in 17 years. I've had 10,000 hours on other horses before Razz. Primarily I am a trail rider but have jumped and have shown over fences for a few years. an 40 countries field birding. My wife Patricia is a new rider, only for about 7 years now. She is great with all animals. We live with 2 members of the horse family, two goats, 1 cat, and two dogs. Justice is our 30 lb rat terrier-Chihuahua mix and Hagrid is our 235 lb. English Mastiff. We live in a desert community 65 miles North of Mexico and 65 miles North of San Diego. Mountain Lions and Coyotes are our neighbors and lately regular visitors. OH NO!! ONLY 18,000 characters left gotta go..

I'm going to run to the gate to see if you are all there, Watch your backs, if tou are. A neighbor called to tell me she saw a lion kitten just now. She guessed about 50 lbs.
