Fran's Story

Hi everyone! I was one of the chunky unnoticed kids at school...though I was accepted by some teachers and a few fat or badass kids. In Andover,I hid in the shadows of my best friends,Connie Smith and Bernice Wasileski. Back then, it wasn't cool to hang with fat people but, I guess Connie and Bernice knew I had a heart. Those that didn't, missed out. I am a great friend to all and have many of them. I remember a lot of people from school that were awesome. so good now...lol, just kidding! Finally, they don't look as great anymore (on the outside) but I know that they too are on the same journey and I wish all of them a wonderful ride. FYI....I married a wonderful young man when I was 21, had 2 children, divorced 26 yrs. later and now have 4 grandchildren that I adore. I moved away from AAcounty and live near the mountains of Hagerstown. I always wanted to be a hairstylist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a sweet idea. As it turns out, they were right.
