Freddie's Story

Please see my "note". Before or after the 2028 LUHS Class of 1978 reunion I will be traveling across the U.S. via Route 66, US Hwy 20, US 101 and US Hwy 99. After I complete these roads trips I will continue to travel throughout the US. When I get tired of this I will return to Europe to live/travel some more. As the time approaches I hope to see as many of my classmates as possible at this wonderful event as I will be gone after it's over and may not be able to return. Prior to our 50th class reunion may be someone could consider making a video of our time in Lebanon? Possibly how it has changed since 1978 beginning with the photos in our yearbook (teachers, school, businesses, our hangouts, students, people we know), our previous class reunions (if acceptable), the Strawberry Fair, etc.. I would pay to have a copy of this. I have never been married or had children. Both of which I wish I would have done prior to going to Europe. If you are reading this please think of all the people you have met in your life, are friends with, and your families. These factors have enriched your life without measure. I have been to many wonderful places and seen many wonderful things (re Note). I now consider the class of 1978 as my family and friends. I take these memories with me on my travels wherever I go throughout the world. BTW I currently live/exist somewhere in the U.S. as I move around a lot (rolling stone) and moss is not my friend. Please continue to check back on this page for future updates from me. I am wishing everyone a wonderful and long life. As # 6 said in The Prison...Expand for more
er TV Series of the 1960's "Be Seeing You". For those of my classmates who have served or are serving in the U.S. Military it is my HONOR to thank you for your service to our Great Nation. Without you, all American's freedom to live the American dream would be in jeopardy. Thank you! As we begin a new decade of "It's a Wonderful Life", I have started planning my trips across this great country to see what and possibly whom I might meet along the way. If I am lucky I might meet some of my fellow classmates that I haven't seen since 1978. I hope to take photos of what I see and whom I meet while on my travels. I do not own a cell phone and see no reason to have one. Nor do I have any Twitter, Facebook, or other "social media" accounts. I will be traveling across America without distractions, except for taking photos. When it is closer to the 2028 class reunion I hope to bring my camera to the reunion for more photos. I will write more as soon as possible. Driving across American is great fun for me. Willie Nelson sang my song "On the Road Again" Just can't wait to get on the road again. The life I love is makin' music with my friends and I can't wait to get on the road again. On the road again goin' places that I've never been. Seein' things that I may never see again, And I can't wait to get on the road again. It is now 8 years until our class reunion and I have an update. On my cross America trips I am adding The Lincoln Highway to the list. I will probably start in San Francisco, California and end in New York City. New York City? Yes Margret I coming to see you.
