ather was a man by the name of Wallace Lee Mulanix. It was one of those family secrets. I learned of my biological father after finding my true birth certificate. I needed to have that certificate to enter the Air Force. After a long conversation with my mother, I found out the truth.
Recent Update
Since 2002 I have had a heart attack, kicked Prostate Canser in the ass, but lost my left leg above the knee to a horrible infection. I lost the leg in March of 2008. However, I am just now starting PT and will get my new CLeg tomorrow, Sept 24, 2009! Wish me well.
In February of 2011 I finally made my life's dream come true! I am living the good life on the Big Island of Hawaii in the town of Kona. I love my life here and enjoy each day I am alive. I am working hard with a new prosthic and doing what I am supposed to to get ready for a new leg. If you ever in Kona Town, look me up. I am on Alii Dr. somewhere. I am still single and intend to stay that way.
UPDATE
In MArch of 2012 I was forced to leave Kona and moved to LAs Vegas so that I could get the proper health care for recuring cancer. Treatments are now keeping me alive and I have faith that I will live to see the birth of my grandson, in July of 2012. Those reading this please say a prayer that I might have that privelage. Wishing you all nothing but the best. Rick
UPDATE
On June 23, 2013 I was deemed to be cancer free! Four different cancers at four different times and I have beat them all! The power of prayer and good thoughts can not be under-estimated. I am living in Cheyenne, WY where my daughter and my grandson, Jaxon, reside. Life is good and I am considering a return to Hawaii where I was the happiest in my life. Will be at the reunion in 2014! Hope to see many of you there! God Bless. Rick
