GARY's Story

Been married since 1973. We had 8 children, 4 boys, and 4 girls, and now have 8 grandchildren. We lost our 2nd, a son, at the age of 2 months to SIDS. Renee has been an RN at Akron General for over 35 years. I work two of my sons at our construction company, ATM Contractiing....Expand for more
I love to fly as do/did two of my brothers and 3 of my kids. Our plane is hangared at Akron Canton Airport and I fly it as often as possible. Still live in North Canton in the house my Dad built and we grew up in. Any of you want to go for a plane ride just let me know. 👍🤓

The Prince Bros. Airplanes
On my way back from NC. Today. It was beautiful. So smooth that my coffee didn't even have a ripple in it.
To everyone. I received this "friend request" from my late brother who passed away in 2021. It even has his picture standing in front of our airplane. It isn't a misprint with his name. Brain was his nickname where he worke

Two of my brothers and I now own a Cherokee. Bruce and I put 3.6 hrs on her Sat learning her systems. GPS, autopilot programing, while flying around in North Carolina. Flew to the mountains for some awesome siteseeing. Then
Thought on the day. It could always be worse.
Our kitchen, along with the rest of our house, was built by my dad in 1955. I was just 2 then, when we moved in. Dad was killed in a plane crash in 1966, but mom pressed on to finish raising me and my 3 brothers here. Renee

P-38 back on the table after loosing the right engine just after take off. A couple very intense minutes of flying followed by a fairly normal landing. Found out that the coil had failed. Very rare on a Zenoah, but figures
Top Gun is over for us but not our trip. An unscheduled stop in Mt Airy due to an engine problem. Might have to go to the Andy Griffith museum for something to do.😏
And they said it wouldn't happen this year.😁
Flew over the local lakes today. Some boating going on.
