Gay Lyn began her studies in the health care field while finishing up a 25-year career as a international flight attendant. She became a partner in a complimentary health care clinic located in Mexico. There she worked with clients from all over the world to assist them in unraveling the mind body connection that took their bodies to a state of degeneration. Her pursuit of therapies to assist her clients led her to studies many modalities with many well known Doctors, teachers and healers. A volunteer Doula at a major medical facility, Doula, and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator in private practice she also teaches yoga at the gym in her neighborhood where she has a loyal following. As a Naturopathic Doctor she enjoyed the study of yoga as medicine at the Naturopathic and Yogic Science Institute in Bangalore, India. A Labyrinth facilitator she facilitates labyrinth walks for The Learning Annex and First United Methodist Church among others. A week stay in Chartres, France and walking the Labyrinth there revealed to her the ongoing power of the Labyrinth. She has just finished a workbook to accompany Labyrinth walks and work with the finger Labyrinth she sells on EBay and her web site. Bookstores and various other venues are now enjoying Gay LynÂs workshops and her book Â50 Ways to let go of Painful RelationshipsÂ. Currently she is working on a childrenÂs book, one on her work with laboring new moms and a Labyrinth workbook. A passionate person she very much believes in yoga, massage, hypnosis, the mind-body connection, working with mothers, fathers, newborns and the Labyrinth. She feels empowered by her work and seeks to empower others.
