Genevieve's Story
I mostly worked in the Secretarial field, since I had a background in Music and I am artistic. I now work part time, waiting for the Canada Pension to kick in, (can u believe it, we're THAT old???? lol and I do photo editing and restoration in my free time.
I always wanted to be a musician when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a ok, but a gov't job would be better idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
My inspiration comes from my Higher Power which I choose to call God and my teachers and parents.
I own a Samoyed Husky and a cat. I don't like much tv except documentaries, history channel and a few sitcoms, Reba, etc
I have learned unconditional love from my child, my son.
My current age is 59. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would ...Expand for more
be old and wise. I was so completely right.
Basically, casual dress, don't like dressing up only on special occasions which are few and far between
Debbie Felix was my oldest and childhood friend, we lived next door to each other, she moved away when she was 11 years old to Phoenix Ariz. and I always missed her, she's still living there.
My first job was at Hickman Motors, Corner Brook, where I got paid very little to type invoices. What I remember most about it is it only was temporary.

I relax by walking my dog, doing water fitness and working
I have lived in Hampton, working awhile there, Kitchener, Ontario, and St. John's,NL
People I'd like to see again are my graduating class from Xavier and Trade School in Corner Brook.
