George F.'s Story
Life
Born in Ohio moved to Pennsylvania and then in 1947 my family moved to California. We lived in Lomita, El Stinko, El Porto then Manhattan Beach. After graduation did a little time in USAF. Married in 1960. Lived in Redondo Beach, Lomita, Torrance and Buena Park. We had seven children. My wife died in 1990 and I remarried in 1992. t period then moved to Palmdale. In 2004 I retired and we moved to Lead, South Dakota where we now live.
School
After MiCoHi I did a semester at El Camino. Later in life I took some classes at Cypress College.
Workplace
Worked at Metlox Manufacturing, Hartfield-Zodys, North American Aviation, drove truck for Baker Commodities, and finally worked 31 years at the RTD (MTA). Now retired.
