George's Story
College
After high school I attended Santa Monica City College and then transfered to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where I graduated in 1973 with a Bachelor of Architecture. We partied and had fun but worked our butts off, spending many nights up working on projects. Almost more all-nighters than parties.
Personal Life: After being widowed in 2002 I am now married to a wonderful woman. Carol was a graduate of Uni High, Class of W'67. We met in 2003 at her so...Expand for more
n's wedding, traveled between Santa Barbara and Seattle for one year and I moved to S.B. in 2004 to be with her. I am as happy as I have been in many years. We were married on August 31st, 2008 and spent a wonderful week on the big island of Hawaii for our honeymoon.
Work: For most of my career I have worked in numerous architectural offices in both L.A. and the Seattle area but now I'm a Project Manager in the Design & Construction Services Group at UCSB.
