Geraldine's Story
Arrived in Brooklyn in 1959 and attended Nativity School in Bed-Sty where I meet a very diverse student body and learned not only toleration of others, but learned to appreciate our great diversity.
As I am quickly approaching my 60th birthday, I have come to realize how wonderfully important it is to be ever "so overly educated" in the words of Oscar Wilde whom I met in prose at Stella Maris High School. Thank you so much, Sister Philothea.

t on to graduate from Hunter College with a BA in History and began a 29 year career in education. Got an MA in Secondary Ed at CUNY Richmond College. Became an Episcopalian and was ordained a deacon in 1997. In 2008 I completed a second Masters in Church History and Theology from the General Theological Seminary in NYC.
Married for thirty years to my husband, Robert, proud parents of three and grandpatents of one. Just retired...life is good.
