Gerard's Story

Before living in Biloxi, MS I lived in San Antonio, TX then spent 15 months in Greenville, MS where my dad was stationed at the AFB there, then to Keesler AFB in Biloxi. Dad retired and moved to south Texas. I went to Univ. of Texas, Austin. BA in 1970 with Geography major and Geology minor. Worked offshore for Western Geophysical in the Gulf of Mexico for a year, then back to Univ and took a job at Rosenberg Library in Galveston, TX, followed by working at the public library in McAllen, TX. er the east coast went back to working at the McAllen Library, becoming the Director and retiring 5 years ago. I am married and have a daughter in her mid 30's and a son who is 17. At one time or another I have been in every state in the lower 48 states. I have a hobby website which you should be able to find by doing a google or bing search on my name - there is an active email address for me there... check the bottom of the main page. I do hope all those with whom I went to school have had a good and fulfilling life so far and will continue to do so for some time to come.
