Gerry's Story
After high school, I attended University of Waterloo where I graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering. I married my wife, Dorris while still at university and we celebrated our 37th anniversary last week. We have been happily married for all that time, and have two sons, 25 & 27.
I worked for the same company (Hercules Incorporated) for 31 years, retiring in February 2005. During my time with Hercules we spent 7 years overseas in Brazil. Both of our sons were born there, and we grew to love the place.

became interested in, and then fanatical about scuba diving. Since 1990 we have taken one or two dive vacations to the Caribbean every year. Visit my photo album for samples of my underwater photography.
Also while in Brazil, I came to realize that there is more to life than what we see around us. I developed a personal relationship with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. He is my reason for being, and I owe Him everything that I have. I am confident of my future in paradise with ;Him.
Aside from diving, I enjoy golfing every summer with a couple of close friends.
