Gina's Story
What about me would surprise everyone at our reunion? This is what the Powers That Be at Classmates.com have suggested that I answer so here goes: It may surprise you that though I have helped with all of the reunions, I did NOTHING in highschool. Though I had on-the-go supersocial sisters, I was a polar opposite. I was not in clubs, no groups, not a single before-school, during-school or afte-school activity at all. I was simply a friend to all that I knew. Sadly, in such a large school there were plenty I never met. I guess that is what made me want to get involved. I wanted to know where everyone was and what made them tick some 10 or 20 years later. What is it that makes us want to go back to perhaps the bes...Expand for more

It may surprise you that even though I was so much heavier in highschool, I was far more outgoing then. THEN I pretended I didn't care. NOW I truly don't care, but retreat to the familiar faces I know and am pretty much only social if approached. I am just me. Diabetic. Celiac. Gina. Boring? Not really. Maybe a bit less ridiculous and a bit more realistic than highschool... But I am certainly a much more confident "me" than I was 20 years ago...Confident in the sense that if you don't like me, my life will not change but if you do, hey great! :)
I think that new confidence is showing. I never DREAMED i'd answer one of these questions....Did any of my answers surprise you?LOL
