Life Life keeps taking me in these full circles where I end up where I once started. It is so interesting. I guess you have to be me to really understand. I've had some serious hardships/losses in the last few years, but they are now a thing of the past as we have a new addition to the family. His name is Nicholas and he is now 16 months old and a joy for all of us. Chris and I are now working on our 18th year of marriage! Wow. Like I said before, it's just great to be with my soul mate. Our daughter, Alyssa, is growing more beautiful by the day and growing up FAST. She is now in middle school and learning all the nuances of that. She is an awesome big sister and her brother adores her. Still don't have a yard finished at our house. We've had enough of this separate living and are ready to make plans to get us all on the west side of the mountains since I won't be leaving my job at the UWPD anytime soon. We're down to one cat now. Our prcious Jazmin died last year and it was devastating. But, life goes on. We still miss her dearly. Funny how those little fur babies become such a vital part of our lives. I'm sure it won't be long before Xanadu joins her then we'll have to think about getting another fur baby or two.
