Ginny's Story
Life
Since Tucker, I attended JSRCC for a few semesters while working full time. Then, I started working at Mt. Vernon Child Care as a preschool teacher. After that, I worked for a short time at the front desk of the Courtyard by Marriott before going on to work for a small commercial lending firm where I worked my way up to Assistant Vice President and headed up the Closing Department. I worked with that company for seven years (as it changed names to Dynex Commercial). I left there with nine of my co-workers in March 2000 to start a conduit under Newman & Associates, Inc. (a subsidiary of GMAC) doing the same type of business. That office moved to Denver, so I took a job with a local GMACCM branch (commercial loan servicing) in downtown Richmond and am there today (now called Capm...Expand for more
ark). I was first married in 1994 and honeymooned aboard a cruise to Bermuda. I got divorced in 1999 (due to some mistakes and bad judgment on my part). I bought my first house in June 2000 with the love of my life. We are in a cute area in Lakeside and loving it. We got engaged on Valentine's Day 2002 and were married in June of 2002 and honeymooned on a cruise to Alaska. We have three dogs - Haley (a shepperd mix that we got from the Henrico Humane Society), Rocky (a 120 lb. Rotty - we lost him in October 2006), and Jesse (a 220lb. Mastiff). In addition to my furry children, we had our first human one on April 14, 2006 (Amber Lynn). She is just beautiful! Sorry about going on and on, but life is going pretty well and I am excited about it. I hope you are all as happy as I am!
