Greg's Story
Logansport is now home, which is 80 miles away from Muncie. I am a 4th grade teacher at Landis Elementary, in my 30th year. My 4th grade colleagues are four of the most amazing teachers ever...Greg Crozier, Shelby Graham, Mandi McKinzie, and Marie Scott. Marie and Shelby are former 4th graders of mine, along with five other teachers in my school. Landis is a extraordinary place to teach, and Logansport is a wonderful place to live in. It's hard to believe that I've lived in Logan longer than I lived in Muncie. Time flies!
In 2001, I was fortunate enough to be chosen as one of the Logansport Community Schools "Pillars of the Community" by that year's valedictorian, Trent Tocco. This honor is given by each of the top ten graduating seniors from LHS to the person who they most feel had the greatest impact on their life while growing up. This was my 2nd time to receive this honor.

ketball coach after 19 seasons in 2001. I retired as the varsity girls volleyball coach at Logansport High School after the 2006 season. I was the head coach for 5 seasons after directing the frosh program for the 4 previous seasons. I have been the "voice of the Logan Berries" for 28 years, as I am the public address announcer for boys and girls basketball, boys and girls track and field, and boys baseball, my favorite! I also keep the scorebook for the basketball teams when they travel on the road. I enjoy getting to come back to the Muncie Fieldhouse, even though I am now a Logansport Berry!
My wonderful wife, Dina D'Andrea, is a kindergarten teacher at Landis. We will celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary on December 31st. As of now, we have no children.
Life is good! We travel a lot, and have visited some truly amazing places on the planet. We spend lots of time with friends and family, and laugh often. If you are ever in Logansport, please stop in and say hello! :)
