Greggory's Story

Graduated Indiana University 1977, Bachelors in Accounting. Married Marlisa in 1978. Moved to Fort Myers FL in 1980 to automate growing office products business. Developed IBM Systems Group early 1980's. Blessed with two girls in 1982 and 1984. Joined construction firm as IT manager and concentrated on programming and bringing new acquisitions online with corporate. Became independent consultant in 1990 and started "Systems Support & Programming". Became a specialist in dental technology in 1995. Girls graduated from Estero High School and attended Florida Gulf Coast University and Edison State College here in Fort Myers. Both girls married in 2003 and 2005. One works in Naples as a dental hygienist and the other works in Estero as a retail store manager. Both live within 7 miles and we see the grand children several days each week. I thought I would be living on a sailboat in the Carribean, but I am enjoying being a grandpa. We have always had dogs, and have adopted four retired racing greyhounds and one pound puppy over the past 30 years. We moved to our new dream home in Este...Expand for more
ro FL 9 years ago. I have hundreds of clients and a few best friends. I am blessed. Best friends that you keep for 10-15 years is something to be cherished. We go sailing every 6 months, and our adventures have been memorable and always makes us laugh. I still play bass. I collect guitars and other musical instruments. I love playing with the grand children. Staying tuned into the world's events and investing. I also like to go to Golf Tournaments here in the "Golf Capital". You get to meet a lot of interesting and famous people. I have found most famous people are pretty regular people and accomodating to the gallery. My business has led me to some very interesting corporate CEO people living in this area. You never know "who" you are being introduced to. It is amazing how the 3 degrees of separation really works. Remember to "Love People and Use Money, and never get the two mixed up". Fortunes are made and lost quickly, but true friends last a lifetime. Taking your grandchildren to the Magic Kingdom is truly magic. The Indy 500 is always the greatest spectacle in racing.
