gwen's Story
After graduating in 1979, wen to McNally for grade 10 and then moved with my family to Vancouver Island where I graduated in 1982 from Nanaimo Senior Secondary...Went to Vancouver to nursing school for one year and dropped out, was a nanny for a year and then attended Malispina College Tech school and graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant...Married my high school sweetheart and havet celebrated our 25th anniversary in Nov.2010...My husband Darin and I have wonderful daughter Diane (25 ) and a 13 year old son (adopted) Bryce....my husband and I were horse loggers for 8 years (retired now), we own 20 acres in Black Creek, and have a 3000sq greenhouse where we grow veggitables ...Expand for more
for our selves and sell at our road side stand...My husband Darin is a mining engineer and we were given the chance to live in Australia for the last two years (2009-2011), so we moved with our son down under and had an amazing experience living outside of Perth WA...we moved home as we became grandparents in 2010...love being back in B.C.
memories ... my dad was Mr. Johnson (died in 1991) one of the math teachers

home ec, cooking classes, being one of the first girls to take drafting class
