vice that I didn't take, there are few things in my life I would change. From playing sports a little too hard, I have come to realize that these are the only knees and ankles that I will ever have. I should have taken care of them. Also, I shouldn't have listened to my music quite so loud. I realize now if you can feel it before you can hear it, its too loud. (That doesn't mean I don't still crank it up...)
