I am sure most of you remember me, I have a twin brother, his name is Larry. Some of you know that I was in the Army, I joined the Army in 1988, and in Dec. 1990 found myself in the desert of Saudi Arabia for Operation Desert Shield. My unit went into Iraq from the west, and then made a right turn into Kuwait, then we thought we were going back to Germany but our unit was called to go back to Iraq and monitor their Civil War, and make sure they don't head south. In 1993 I returned back to Saudi Arabia to monitor the No Fly Zone. I got off of active duty Feb 1996 after I completed 8 yrs of active duty, and I joined the Army Reserves here in Bakersfield. 2003, I was attached Reserve unit from Phoenix that was short on personnel.
