Helen's Story
Life:
These days I'm a social media strategist and web content manager; freelance writer and editor; prominent blogger. Bought a house out in Front Royal and commute to Fairfax regularly. My son is 15; I'm divorced but remarrying in May. I visit Philadelphia every other month or so.
School:

ow-for-it to Temple U with, again, full honors--English major with more "minors" than a fugue. I'm in the process of applying to George Mason for a Master's of Public Administration in nonprofit management.
Extras:
I write humor in the form of LOLcats and the occasional serious piece. A lot of folks know me either as helcat (my nickname since 1996) or gallycat (a nom de blog since 2002). I've recently started podcasting, too.
