Henrietta Dolores's Story

Life Maiden & first married name Henrietta Dolores Colunga; Henrietta Dolores Mortman, now Dolores Colunga-Stawitz My Spouse -Fred Around a camp fire during the month of July while shooting a video for an awards ceremony. After returning from my life in NYC, I have settled back in home and still living in the same home for the last 30 plus years! (It's all mine!!) My Pets Macy and Hahlo are two loyal, loving dogs that can make you smile even after a long, hard day at work. Unfortunately, they have left me but we have added RJ, Popi, Mally, Lizzie, & Cassie to fill the void in our hearts. Teensie, Kiki, and Abby are kitties that have unique personalities that endear themselves to you in such different ways. My Kids Michael is an EMT/Fireman with the Houston Fire Department, married to Michelle Emerick, and now parents of my Granddaughter Avery Grace. I am very proud of the job that he does on an everyday basis. The ability to hold a person's life in is hands is an amazing task. Joey works full time, is a DJ, computer ace, and holds two jobs. The obstacles that he has overcome in his short life have made him my role model in life. To be able to minimize his life long struggles to put the needs of others first, serve to show me how I should lead my life. I am a certified paralegal and currently work at an oil & gas company here in Houston. It's a long story, but here goes!! Before graduation, I found out that I was the recipient of a scholarship from Humble Oil (aka Exxon) to attend Massey Business College to study Data Processing. It was an excellent opportunity along with being assured of a job with the company after completing the courses. I went to work for Humble Oil in 1969, attended South Texas Junior College for a few semesters then left Houston for New York City after I married my first husband. We lived there for four years where I gave birth to my oldest son Michael, then returned to the "green, green grass of home!" I worked for Exxon after returning to Houston then reality set in after I got laid off. After I found a new job at Inexco Oil, I beca...Expand for more
me the proud mother of my second son, Joseph Aaron. I remained at Inexco for 10 years, then was laid off again after Louisiana Land and Exploration purchased the company. While still working at Inexco, I started my acting career. I took lots of classes and auditioned all of the time. I did land a few roles at different theaters, but I knew I had to shoot for the top so I auditioned to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. I was very excited when I received the acceptance letter and packed my luggage and youngest son and headed east to begin a new journey. Lucky for me, I had the pleasure to meet a very dynamic talent manager who was in Houston for a workshop and asked that I please come visit him if I ever got to New York. Little did I know at the time that this manager, and now long time friend, would be one of the driving forces of one of the most talented actresses today, Miss Hallie Berry who I was very fortunate to get to know. Back in Houston, I was fortunate enough to be asked to perform on the stages of the Alley Theater, Jones Hall, Main Street Theatre, and the Museum of Fine Arts as well as appearing in various commercials & print ads. Unfortunately, with this career beginning my other career of wife came to an end. You persist, find a job to help keep things afloat. I then started my job as legal data processor with Mr. Richard "Racehorse" Haynes, processing information for the country's largest land-flip case. This was such an exciting time in my life, but unfortunately, this was a temporary position and I needed a full time job. I kept in touch with former co-workers and obtained a lead with a company called Houston Exploration. I was with them until October, 2007 when Forest Oil purchased the company. I again am working on a contract basis at a company called Energy XXI. Fast forward to today, I have been happily employed by Milagro Exploration as an AP Analyst. What happens in the future only time will tell but I will keep going, positive outlook and anxious to catch-up with my old friends and excited to meet new ones.

Came across some old photos of my Tia Tilos, cousin Mary Montes, and myself in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, CA.
So there is someone that believes what many Americans do. Blood on his hands. 🤬
Thank you Mark Pinon for the heads up about Martin Tailors. Picked up these great face masks and excited to know they will make custom made ones too. Abrazos Amigo.
These idiots are carrying on over a lousy mask to keep all of us safe, but they can’t keep their hands off a woman’s reproductive rights. As your sign states, my body, my choice, so keep your asinine hands off my uterus dum
Running low on supplies!!
Please say a special prayer for the repose of my sweet Abby that crossed over The Rainbow 🌈 Bridge today. So grateful for his love and for allowing me to be his Mom. Goodbye my sweet boy and thank you for the 19 years you
