Irene's Story

Life Life is good and GOD is awesome. I have been happily married for 17+ years, my son is 25 and married and I have two wonderful/gorgeous grandsons, Derek and Dylan. Recently promoted to COL going further than I ever thought. Now I have one additional grandson, Dalton. I love all my boys! College I graduated with a Finance degree in 1984 (BBA) and a BSN (nursing) in 2001. Got my Masters in 2009. If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to wounded warriors, then spend the rest on a horse ranch, great home and my son and grandch...Expand for more
ildren. My current age is 48. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely wrong. Since this I have gained 3years, lol. I will retire October 2013, 30 years of service. How time has flown.. In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by completing the final 3 years in the military. 5 years to retirement and move to Montana with my husband! My first job was at Capt Fishing Center, where I got paid zero, nada to zip. What I remember most about it is fun, meeting new people every day.
