Irene's Story
Hi all: I do have very good memories of my HS years at Newtown. I remember my friends, have great memories of my teachers and of out Pricilla My Moseley. I Went on to have a very good life full of adventures as an Anthropologist and I can attribute my career choice in great part to the multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-religious openess of Queens, Corona, and Newtown. HS. What an adventure it all was, starting with great teaching, great curriculum, good mentoring and good class mates. Thanks to all who were with me during those years. And, I look forward to our 50th reunion.

got 4 college degrees fro university in two countries and worked for so many incredible organizations. There is so much to tell. I did marry twice and now I'm very happy living between Washington, DC and Delaware with my husband of 10 years. No children but when you get to the end of the day it all worked out. I'm still curious about everything and staunchly liberal when it comes to social justice. I keep up with the good health/sport habits I received at Newtown. I have worked out in some way or form my entire life and that comes from my time at Newtown.
