Isabel M.'s Story
Life
I am a mother of 5 great kids, they complete and make me who I am in their own unique way. I am married to a guy that was one of my friends. I have overcome many trials and tribulations but have seen many blessings. I know that GOD has my life planned out for me. I have had an opportunity to travel to other states and countries. I have made a lot of mistakes in my past, I don't regret any of them, if anything I have learned from them. I am not the same person I use to be in school. I have learned to be more forgiving and try not to judge others or trash them for who they are or who/what they have become. I have come to accept that change can happen and for the good, but only if you as an individual are willing to make a difference. Some people sometimes have so much hate in their lives only because they are unhappy and that's not a way to live. I learned the hard way. I am finally happy with my life now that I understand it better. All that matters-IS MY HAPPINESS!! Want to know more, just email me or you can find me on myspace under izzy69134 or on facebook.
School
Many teachers inspired me during school and are still teaching today. Some have retired and some have passed. There are many things in school I would not do again and some I would like to change. ne thing in my life at the time. Prom is another day to never forget. You can never relive that moment if you miss out on your school prom. You will regret it your whole lifetime. I am thankful for everything I have experienced because I know it has a purpose in life. Sometimes I would like to go back to relive my high school years just for a moment. I had a lot of good memories and I wouldn't give them up. I miss my friends I have lost touch with.
College
I stayed in town to go to college. It was a great experience and a challenge. I met some really neat people and wish I would have stayed in touch. I would sometimes sit on college campus just to meditate. Somewhere to go and think about my life and the journey I was taking which at the time I didn't understand. I wish I would have finished college but decided to try new adventures. Sometimes I regret not finishing but other times I am glad for the opportunities life has given me.
Workplace
I have many knotches on my belt. I went to college for Business and have used the skills in all my jobs. With all the traveling done since graduation the training has helped with all jobs applied for. I am glad I have had the opportunities I have had,it will continue to help me with all my endeavors. So many doors have been opened that some think you need to have a degree in order to get the job. It really has to do with the skills you have and know and how you present yourself.
